terrible food

ordered 2 meals they both were bad chicken was dry, hard tasted very old, ordered beans got cole slaw which i will not eat. biscuit was as hard as a rock. and drink was all carbonated but only one. so all i received that was worth paying for was one drink. called talked to manager all she wanted to do was replace one meal  so i waste my time, gas, and money for this crap. then i have to turn around and go get something else to eat because its not worth eating. then she wants me to bring it back well lady the reason i went there was it is colder then [***] out and i ran there after work instead of going back out and you want me to run all the way across town again more gas, time and money wasted for what bye the time i do all this what do i get back nothing but you wasting alot of my time and pulling me back out in this very cold weather. maybe they should be checking in on there manager you have all your girls on the floor scraping [***] up off the floor when they should be serving the customers maybe thats why the food was so bad you people just don't care about service it's was your most busiest time katie's not that good with customer service in bradley il.
