double charged on trend micro security

on December 27 th  i was charged on my credit card for $45.41 for  trend micro security; after i bought this i received an email stating that i was without virus protection so i thought the order did  not go through; the message said i had no virus protection and it had expired so of course i was scared and reordered it and was then charged again on my  credit card $ 45.41  on Jan 21 and i just received my bill; unfortunately you all do not have a phone number because i tried to call when i got the last message stating it had expired; please remove this double charge from my credit card; Alison Gardner   10118  sugar hill drive    houston, texas  77042   ph  713-975-8609
