Bad service & ignorant staff.

Its now 02:00am & I just got home. About 5 minutes ago I went to the 24hr Kfc. At the drive through, their was no staff member at the window all though it was open & the Fnb speed point was placed on that window sill. I then went pass that window to where you collect you're order. I was the only customer there & I asked the cashier whom didn't even wanted to come closer for 4 hot wings. She said no I must go back around to the other window & place my order. I asked why as there's nobody there & I was told she's now there. I then asked why she can't take my money & give it her. & bring my change. She flatly refused & didn't want to serve me until I order by the first window. I then left because I was starting to get cross with the lady. On previous occasions when the first window is unmanned the cashier would apologize & take my money till there. I would suggest (that the good ones excluded) that some of you're staff lack training as they don't strive to obtain & project your company's mission & vision.
