I continue to get calls from 513-573-8739, but no one responds when I answer. When my phone rings from that number, I now let it go to voice mail, but no one leaves a message.

Reported to be internal debt collection for Macy's (or related companies) credit cards. They have a fairly high rate of calling the wrong numbers.
If you have a Macy's, Bloomingdales, or similar card, you might check your statements or call the number on your card directly to make sure your account is not late.
Does not appear to be a third party debt collector calling on purchased defaulted debts, so it is unlikely to be on an old account.
