samsung pathetic service

Dear Sir,

I was happy with Samsung as a group & hence decided to buy your split 1.2 ton AC. However after 2 years of purchase when I wanted to go for a full service and repair ( the temperature is not going below 26 C) ..i received the biggest shock of my life.

I registered my request on 26th April 2009 ..my BP No is 8407236874..yet till date my AC is neither serviced nor repaired. Two engineers did come in the mean time only to inspect the site..thereafter they have chosen to remain incommunicado...Everytime I register a complaint or speak to the customer service they say that the problem would be solved..however nothing has moved till date.

Following is the name of the outsourced agency which is to be blamed:

My question is why should a brand like Samsung take chances outsourcing service requests to a callous third party who do not care about its & the parent body's reputation.

I request a sensible soul in Samsung to please treat this as an urgent request and solve my problem.

       we have purchased a samsung referigerator and a 22 inch LCD samsung from Fridge house,Thrissur. We already have samsung karisma washing machine & samsung 1.5 ton split A/c & are happy with the products . Inspite of repeated requests your service persons failed to turn up for installation & staff of Fridge house blames it on your service representative.We purchased the products with great expectations & we are sorry to inform you that these kind of of treatment from Samsung is distressing

     We have bought a Samsung LCD 32 inch from Cental Police Canteen. When we reached the canteen it was the only one piece availabale there and we have decided to buy the same.  The same was packed and produced before us.;  The company person also assured that service persons would reach our house for fitting .  The purchase done on Friday evening.  We have informed the company personns that we are employed and we would be only available on holidays including saturday.  There was no body turned up to fit.  We have decided  to fit the same as per our idea  and found that the instruction manual was also not available. When contacted the company person at the canteen George informed that he would get the same from the company and make available.  More than two months elopsed we didn't get the user's manual.  Due to children's compulsion we fit as we know.  The approach after sale of LCD by a leading company is distressing.   -   suresh  9447032899
