I looked on my account and there was the 9.99 charge and I didn't know what it was. All it had was axiswellness and I ask myself what is this what do I do to get this stopped I don't have that kind of money in my account to be taking out charges

    My account was charged $9.99 with axiswellness as the only identifying name of vendor. I can not be afford to pay this  monthly and do not know how to cancel.

    Me too, just called the bank and had the card changed, bank is starting to investigate in the fraud section to get my money back.  Lets see how this goes.  Either way no more charges to my account.  Bank asked was I getting a product for the 9.99, answer was no,  that's fraud.

    Well it's all done the bank has reimbursed all my money,for all 3 months.  Way to go Citi.
