Warranty scam. Covered items claims denied

purchased this warranty for my van in Late Feb (early March) I made all my payments to date and had no known mechanical issues at the time. After having the warranty for 60 days and 1348 miles my transmission started to act up. I parked it and scheduled an appt w/ dodge in Vancouver WA. It took over a week to duplicate the issue and once the problem was determined they submitted it to the warranty co. Transmissions are covered according to my plan. The warranty co decided they wanted to inspect the transmission themselves and they did they then said in order for them to pay for it they need to see inside of transmission and had me agree to a 1295 fee to take transmission apart the fee would be paid by them if they approved it. They then decided to deny the claim saying it was pre -existing. I have maintenance records to support my maintenance of the van and the fact I have taken good care of it. dodge said the problem is a electrical short in the valve body and the clutches were grinding as a result of the electrical going haywire. They said it could not be 1348 miles old or even 300 miles old or it would have burned up. therefore it is not pre existing. I also want to point out they offered me the warranty . I did not seek the out. I spent well over 3000 last yr repairing this van and I would have done so again if needed but I had this warranty and should not have to. I have 5 kids 3 disabled and I need my Van and unfortunately I am not in position to pay that much right now and I am in limbo. This is unfair. I live in Vancouver WA now but lived in Portland Or previously and the docs have my old address. I made them aware of that and it took some time to get them to correct my address. The ins co name is Wesco ins address 420 Maple Ave, Yukon, OK 73099 but the ones who handle the claims and etc is Royal. Now i have to pay for the 9 hours of labor it took to take apart the transmission simply for the warranty inspector to take pictures of the inside of my transmission which after doing so they denied my claim so now I am stuck with a transmission that is fully apart and a bill for taking it apart and that don't include the cost of repairs or putting it back together.
