not received welcome kit

       i had sent application form through courier on 26th may but i have not received any welcome kit.my application number is 02359.i had send demand draft of rs 1000 0n 18th june.please check whether i will receive welcome kit or not??and reply soon to my email id komalshah20@gmail.com
