He was requested to do a call recording app for $80, he accepted and I transfered the first payment ($14) via Bitcoin (https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/3c089b7ec64e187 ... f8bdb10a8a0b314), then he started doing the app and never uploaded it, then he requested the second payment ($53.90) transaction details in https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/18cc7aa6e4cf9d7 ... 8c14a3b009700cb. After that payment he never contacted me anymore and didn't upload the app.
