This company and Sears (who recommended them) are the worst in the world!!! I am a call center manager for the last 10 years, and I can tell you, if my call center was run like theirs are, I would have been out of a job a long time ago. You wait on hold for the longest and are asked the same questions over and over and over again with no additional help. I have complained to countless 'supervisors', yet nothing differnt has been done. They told me my part was on back order. When I called around and found the parts in 5 mintes, they then come back and so, "We are having the part overnighted". The part was not overnighted and is not due to arrive for another day. And when I try to get service for that day, you would think that they would be empathetic. No. They told me no service for that day. I am going to complain until this gets to the right person. Then they tell me I am not under warranty. I fought and fought for 2 days and then just gave up. Well surprise, I am under warranty. They are the worst. I am still on hold, after not working at all today, getting smart (because of my frustration) with my boss' boss. I am fed up. I don't even know why I am wasting my time.
Don't ever, ever, ever use this company. Complain. Complain to your news stations. Complain to CNN. Complain. Get them put out of business and have them start to lose some of those contracts. I betcha they would be more concerned about good customer service then!
