No refund to this day

A month ago, I returned an item to HomeDecorators.com and I've yet to get my refund. Every time I contact them I'm told the situation will be resolved in 24-48 hours, but THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR THIS PURCHASE, despite my wanting to cancel the purchase right after it had been made on June 6th. Now it's nearly August and still no refund.

    i'm now fighting them for rugs i bought..they have a bad track record.. take your case to the news media,, i'm going to , tell everyone you know not to buy from them , lets hurt them in the pocket

    Been there with this company too.  Everytime I called customer service, I was assured the refund was processed and it never was.  I kept a very long log of every call I made and every person I spoke with.  I spoke with a "customer service manager" who was not only inept but rude and unprofessional.  I did eventually get my refund but only after I put it into dispute with my credit card company.  I sent the log to my credit card company which outlined the dates and times of my calls along with the person(s) I spoke with.  I sent this log to their customer service department as well.  I really believe if I didn't dispute the charge with my credit card company, I would still be chasing the refund today.  Good Luck.
