This company claims to give a "free 14 day trial" of tooth whitening product, however the 14 day period begins when you order and not when you actually get the product. They initially charge yo a nominal shipping fee. I received the product about 10 days after ordering and tried the product. I had an allergic reaction to it and cancelled all further orders within what I thought was the 14 day trial period. I spoke to a young lady who cheerfully assured me she would cancel the order and stop all further billing-NOT. I was billed 78.93 anyway, Funny I never received the second shipment of product....When I called a second and third time to cancel and to confirm the cancellation, I was told they could not refund the 78.93 charge or stop the future billings due to statements hidden the 20 pages of terms and conditions. They told me "Nothing is ever free, mam." and" if I had carefully studied their terms I would have known" that the "free 14 day trial" with the cancellation option was false.

Basically she just admitted to defrauding you through deceptive advertising. In charging you for product not even shipped, they didn't even comply with their own terms.
There have been several recent complaints against this company for the same thing.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute their charges due to fraud (deceptive advertising of their "14 day free trial", and defrauding you by charging you without even sending any product), and close that account to block future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a WRITTEN DISPUTE to your bank to the dispute address from your statement, sent certified, and make sure your bank receives it in less than 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
File complaints with your state Attorney General, FTC, and their state AG, but FIRST dispute through your bank, since they can reverse fraudulent or unauthorized charges, but are only required by federal law to handle your dispute if they receive it timely, within 60 days as noted above.
