customer service/crappy vacuum

I ordered a dirt devel featherlite through the company itself.  Since then, I have called to find out when the vacuum would arrive, which was a nightmare in itself.  When the vacuum finally arrived, the bagless cylinder had a big crack in it.  Today I contacted dirt devil's customer service about it, and when the guy transferred me to someone else who could send me the part, no one ever answered the call.  I waited and waited.  I've called back several times now, only to not have my call answered and to listen to their recording over and over again.  I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEIR VACUUMS ARE JUNK, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND RUDE!!!  When they answer the phone that is!!!!
