So I did get a call today from a David (not the one listed above) whom I must say was rude and very short toned! He informed me that if I request the recording I would not receive my money back if indeed there was me clicking through a automated phone message accepting anything free. He told me that he couldn't believe that I didn't notice in 8 months that I was being charged, that I received some $50 gift card (which I didn't) and got $20 off some product. So my choices was to fill out the form they are going to mail me and get my money back. So, I am to get the letter in the mail next week and they told me it will take 3 weeks to get my refund. I will let you know what happens.
