not replaced our new adulterated machine

Hello sir, we purchased our Whirlpool 650H Washing machine on 30th December 2010 in new year offer by paying the full cash from BSM retailor shop in Nanganallur.It was delivered the next day and the service man who came found that the machine had some problem and it need to be replaced. But yet there is no respose from them..Please take this compliant and serve the needs.
