Nozzle came new ,but broke

I bought this product,brought it home - and it doesn't work. Water flying every where. So I read the instrutions Again. I done every thing right, than I see "don't bring  this product back to the store-you have to go on line. They said to do this and that - which I already knew about.The web couldn't tell me my nozzle was cracked.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had it for 3years and never been able to use it.I have had back sugery-moved -and lost my Sister.Now I get it out of the box -it's either throw it out or get it fixed-I've inquired on the web---Over $50.00 to get a nozzle. Thanks HomeDepot
