It was our first visit to Cancun and our family had to reschedule the trip couple times due to my son sickness so one can imagine how frustrated we were when we found out that the rooms we reserved were not as promised and then we had to spend 4 hours trying to upgrade the room. They were very eager to get our money for the upgrade but then we were left on our own to transfer from one part of the hotel to other we actually had to push the golf cart to reach the hotel when it ran out of charge. To make a long story short we arrived at 11 am didn't get to our room till 4 pm and we were all so exhausted so our first day 4-day vacation was gone. Second day we were told about a complimentary tour to discover the hotel and it's amenities we fell for it, it was a sale pitch to sell us the membership program they picked us up at 11 and didn't let go of us till 3 pm at that time we were exhausted and they wouldn't take no for an answer and would not let us leave my husband was shaking he is diabetic and the kids were alone in their room waiting for us. Finally, I told them my credit card are not with us and that we have left it in the room. That when things got scary, one agent offered to escort my husband to the room to get the card and the other agent stayed watching me at the club. At that point we were both terrified our kids were at the room alone and hungry and now we felt insecure still my husband expressed his frustration and told the agent this is the second day of our long waited for vacation and you have wasted our time we thought this is about upgrading our room that even after we paid a 1000 yesterday still you didn't get it done correctly. That is when they offered to upgrade our room and told my husband if we upgrade your room do we have a deal and out of frustration and fear we agreed. The room upgrade was a fake it was the same rooms we paid for they were just able to get us connected rooms as we requested from the time we made the reservation. They never mentioned the cancellation policy we went home and my son got sick again so we forgot all about it. They never sent us the interval program documents till I got a call from my credit card when they tried to process the remaining balance when I reviewed the details of the program I was more convinced that this is not for us I reached out to them to cancel it and they keep giving us the run around and try to harras us and pressure us into signing other contracts. They are a scam and a mobsters. KEEP YOUR FAMILIES SAFE AND secure will never visit their hotels again. We traveled all around the world but this is the first time we were ever harassed with a sales pitch like this.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
They are a complete and total scam. Same thing happened to me and my family. They harassed me to by into their timeshare gimmicks. I fell for it but after staying 3 days in their hotel I was convinced this was NOT for us. I tried to get out of the contract and they gave me the run around for 3 more hours. They refused to cancel the policy. This was so frustrating. I at least was able to bring down the price so I didn’t feel so stupid. It is hard to get things like this taken care of in a foreign country. I do not plan on returning to this hotel facility. They also sent one of their “Managers “ to intimidate me. I just want to get out of here. Maybe when I get to the US I can find a lawyer that can get me out of this contract but not possible while I’m still in Mexico.
