No Service in my SIM

My number is 9975483832, I am in urgent  need of help my sim is showing no Service. Please address this issue IMMEDIATELY or else tell me where else it can be taken up. I am stuck at a metro station as my maps are clearly not working at the moment and there is no free internet in this area. It extremely inconvenient and is laughable coming from someone who claims to be 'indias biggest network'. Do it now, please
