All i received was this letter not a gift card you are a scam you should be reported you rip off people off there is no gift card

It's a cramming scam..
The "gift card" is just a lure to get your account information, supposedly to send the "gift card". Before you know it, you will start getting monthly charges in the $30-$50 range, small enough that a lot of people might miss them for several months. Contact your bank immediately to dispute all charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
