recieved in the mail today, I knew nothing about a court date or what this is even about, dont know what to do about it , called the court but they were alredy closed . I work one job 6-4p and another job 2a-430a by the time I get home from work everything is closed, there was NO explaination about this

    There are many complaints alleging obtaining default judgements through "sewer service", sometimes over "debts" never even owed by the victims.

    Get an attorney.

    Failure to serve you is a basis for getting the judgement thrown out, but you have to act quickly.

    You may also be able to sue for violations of FDCPA.
    You might try www.naca.net to find a consumer attorney in your state.
