Login id n password is already created but i dont know what's my login id and password

Greetings!

I know you always solve every ones problem and i have faith on you that you'll also solve my problem.

I m ANAND PRASAD. I m doing PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. I have paid all the installments of my fees (1st installment of Rs14000 and 2nd installment of Rs9000). There is no due amount. My Registration no. of SCDL is 200619067.

Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried alot to make my id but there was some error messages whenever i tried to make user id and password. So i didn't get my user id and password.I dont know what's my login id and password.
If i wont get my user id n password i'll b unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.

Please solve my problem. You are the only hope for me. If you wont help me my carrier and money will spoil. I m mentally depressed just because of this problem. I dont have much time. Please do the need full as early as possible.
