Few weeks ago i received a message from airtel which reads "your subscription for filmybuzz has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10" and Rs. 10 was deducted from my account. But i haven't subscribed this servive ( Received 6 or 7 such messages).

   After this i was constantly receiving messages (3 or 4 messages per day )from 555630 which reads "filmybuzz:............  ... Post link: http://m.mobshare.in/r/..."
   
Also, whenever i recharge my account, after few hours my account balance shows Rs 0.0 ( I had lost at least Rs 100 due to this)

I also send STOP to 121
But i got a reply "There are no services active on your mobile." ???

Today i contacted the customer care at 121 and he promised that he would stop the service

but it had activated another service which again caused me to loose my money. This service was "Airtel Picture Post Bolly"

Then i tried calling *121*5# , it shows me that there are two vas services activated in my mobile . Then i selected one of the service and reply with 1 to syop the service. It says thanks for using the STOP service.

Then i got a message from 1210 which reads "Your request corresponding to Airtel Picture Post BOLLY could not be processed. please try after some time."
I tried this over a dozen of times but i got the same results

Due to all these, i started loosing trust in you. I mean , how can you automatically start a service to a customer without his permission and charge him for things which he never does.


I want to with draw from AIRTEL shortly
