My name is Vinod Naik. The phone number in question is 733-813-1443. This number was working so far and has been very intermittent the past few weeks. I am presently in the US and using the phone to stay in touch with family in India. My earlier compliant - (Ref: PR020500013 dt 2/4/2017.) was resolved even before someone actually started working on it. However, the same No Service comes on my phone now. I have tried multiple unlocked phones as well as power cycling the phones after the SIM has been put in - to no avail. The last text I got was on Saturday 18th Feb, 2017. Alternate phone number is +1 408-728-6162.
