Qitaf points - not updating

Dear Sir,
I have Qitaf credit card from NCB bank. I received the message from stc that I got 265 points and it will be added to your balance before 10 days, Until now not added to my account. i called many times to 902 but they did not reply properly. I visited Exit 15, Riyadh STC branch and they even did not know the subject.
So where I will complaint and please inform me to get my points,
