No response to order or a refund

I have placed and order for a T-shirt which cost $80 total everything which is $96 from www.ramomarny.com It seemed like after s month no email tracking number anything for his it were presented. I did a little research and cone find out this company had been scamming everyone out their money and not processing orders. During the order process I had contact with him via Instagram but nothing since....
