Have not got my money back yet

Hi My husband accidentaly ordered Titanium Maxium Security for our computer and we did not need this program and it did not even work. So i got online and spoke to some one aned explained the issue gave them my order number and everything. The man told me the supervisor agreed to put the money back on my credit card with in ten days. IT was a thirty day gurantee anyway. I still have not got my account credited. Who can i call?
