I purchased a home from Quadrant Homes in March 2011. I began the process of purchasing this home in July 2010, but do to numerous "non-work days" and various other delays by the contractor the home was not built till the date above.Quadrants Sales person Carssa Grzetic was assigned to assist me with the sale. After a mutual agreement on a home site and model I was given a $15,000 showroom credit towards my sale by Carssa Grzetic that she refused to honor when it came to closing the home sale. Also prior to the closing in December 2010 Quadrant Homes offered an additional $7000.00 and another $2500.00 or free washer and dryer/showroom credit towards the sale as part of their Military Rewards offer. When I tried to inquire about these incentives Carssa Grzetic refused to provide them on my purchase. On 9 February 2011 I received a letter from James Cahoon, the regional Sales Director offering to let me out of the sale and refund my out of pocket costs to this point. He also stated in his letter that he would be contacting me in the next few days to follow up. I never received a call and asked several times before closing to the lender and my real estate agent and they were never able to get a response back from Quadrant.

it is a mess. Be happy you do not have to deal with these people. I am a 2008 move in and they will not honor the fence they had a crew build for 8 K and grass in the back yard for 5 k. drainage is horrible and I had to put in 4 inches of dirt in the front yard to replant the grass they put in due to low dirt level and the grass died. My lawn I did survived. it is slimy  after the rain and snow in my back yard and they built the kitchen on the wrong side of the house we chose which was the Olympic at that time. We have now lost 100K due to market being bad and we cannot get out of it with owning so much on a house they do not honor. we have foreclosures all over and the yards are destroyed and tree's dying in the front strip. None of the people for quadrant taking care of it and no one cares until you leave your garage can by the garage and the people of Quadrant drive around looking for violations of owners.they are horrible gastapo like people If we had to rethink all of it we NEVER would had bought from them. They lie for a sale and are really rude to home owners who pay their salaries  and supposedly care for the park that is full of methane. be happy and laugh about it. you are one of the lucky people. My husband and I are contacting a real estate lawyer . It has gotten to the point of a war with many of us ay Quadrant . They are NOT NOT a good source of home builders nor do they care one wit.

FALSE ADVERTISING, BAD WORKMANSHIP, NO RESELL VALUE, FALSE CREDITS, MISLEADING SHOWROOM, pricing is not what you think it is... pushy sales staff, crappy contractors, long lead times on construction for "non work days", now that i am trying to sell my quadrant home, they are working their listings and misleading advertising to undercut myself and more than 20 other homes in the neighborhood to cut us out of sells, i have even caught quadrant staff removing flyers from our sign..... they play the gray area hard! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

I can affirm the complaints made above as I experienced the bad landscaping, the bad drainage, the having to rework my drywall, deteriorating carpet and floors, the list goes on.
for whomever buys our house... we absorbed the depreciation and have remodeled and are now selling  a solid home... they will have a great house... at our expense

I am a recent (2015) home buyer of Quadrant Homes and it was worst experience working with their broker Tri Pointe Connect & lender iMortgage. They are the shittiest companies to work with. They lack complete professionalism and do not hold accountable for the mistakes they do. They ruined my credit score by doing hard pulls many times without our consent. Regarding quality of home, I say Quadrant has improved a lot, but when it comes to their preferred broker and lender which seems to be sister company of Quadrant themselves, do not go with them. They'll make house buying process as painful as it gets. I made the mistake, I don't want you to do the same. Spread the word people!

The Quadrant home told the home owner about one year warranty . We forget told them about outside structure cosmetic repairment , after the two months , we just say someone came to our neighborhood to do some Repaire and though that we need do the outside repairment .they told us that is two late and we past the warranty year and we have to pay someone to take care of the problem. During some repairment inside of house before and they told their workers that only fix the customers see and know the problem, do not fix extra ! That's how great the company it is !
