I VISITED THIS SIITE 02/06/2013 TO FIND THAT YOUR NEW MENU CATERS TO WHO NOT THE CUSTOMER.  FIRST OF ALL YOUR APPETIZER MENU CHANGED.  WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE A CLASSIC (THE NEW ENGLAND SEAFOOD SAMPLER) AND IF I WANTED TO CHOOSE THE THREE SEPARATELY COULD NOT!!!!!! OKAY THE SME THING WAS DONE WHEN YOU REMOVED THE SEAFOOD GUMBO SOUP CLASSIC, FRIED MUSHROOMS WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE CLASSIC. OK I DEGRESS.  OKAY CHOOSE YOUR COMBINATION I WANT CRAB MEAT ALFREDO WITH WALTS FAMOUS SHRIMP OH NO IT ONLY COMES WITH SHRIMP ALFREDO LINGUNI WHATS THE DIFFERENCE IF ITS MY COMBO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE. OK ASK THE MANAGER OKAY HE SYAS YOU CNA ODER SHRIMP SEPERATE AND HALF BOWL OF CRAB LINGUNI WHOS COMBO WHOS PICKING THE COMBO WHOS PAYING FOR WHAT THEY WANT. I MUST PAY MORE WHEN YOUR MENU STATES PICK YOUR ACCOMPAIENT? I HAVE PATRANOIZED YOU GUYS FOR A LONG TIME AS YOU CAN TELL BY HOW LONG AGO FIRED MUSHROOMS WERE ON THE MENU. BUT THIS IS JUST THE LAST STRAW YOU GUYS HAV JUST BECOME TOO COMMERCIAL AND WALTS FAMOUS BATTERED FRIED SHRIMP ARE NOT THE SAME SHRIIMP THEY USE TO BE EITHER.  STICK TO THE CLASSICS THEY WORK AND THEY KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK FOR MORE.  SO LONG , GOOD BYE, CLASSICS NEVER DIE.

    I visited red lobster in valley stream after placing a order through the phone service. Order was never completed. Called back  to submit the order again. Told them whom I spoke to. When to pick up order still not ready after 40 minutes. Told the person at take the name of the person I spoke too she goes get the guy and he say oh you spoke to the call center in Texas. Was it a coincidence his name was the same and he came out not so another 20-25 minutes still waiting. Finally get my food and mind you I’m in a cab. Get the food go get in the cab. Everything cold. Like seriously. 2 biscuits yes 2 but they were warm. All shrimp cold and then they gave me 5 shrimp scampi on the endless shrimp. I asked her for xtra tarter I got none.   I swear I kid you not half the shrimp which was fried had nothing but the end piece like   I was scared to eat the food once I seen nothing but the tails. Like someone dumped the ends of someone else’s in there.  I did go with a attitude or anything just explained I been placed my
    Order and whom I spoke with. Crazy and almost $60 bucks including my cab down the drain.  Like seriously who in our neighborhood has money to just throw away???   Not me Crystal.
