feels like its plugged

Have a 2001 Nissan Sentra that feels like its blocked some where.and at acceleration sounds like a hose that's has some kind of obstruction like a hose when its slit.runs fine but has a rough take off in 1st then on 4th&5th gear.and a faint tapping ,had tuneup oil change ,air filter
