Very rude and unprofessional staff

A Mr. Miller called my phone in error trying to collect a debt from someone I don't know but strangely had the same last name many moons ago.  I called back as a courtesy to inform them of the error and make sure I was not the subject of their call.  I was immediately interrupted only to go directly to his protocol of let me take your name (2x) and see how I can help.  Really?  All I wanted to do was to share that you called in error I don't know the person, but of course he wanted my name and then told me who he was attempting to contact, asking me to ask them to give them a call back.  Mr. Miller and Assoc. were told their phone ettic was extremely unprofessional and if I could just explain you called in error, you can delete my number.  Very disrespectful and unprofessional, maybe in future take some active listening classes.
