It's quite annoying to know that when customers call the banks in Nigeria for inquiry or complaints, the customer pays the phone bill. Can't we have toll free telephone numbers for banks? Just about last week I called GT Bank hotlines (08029002900 & 08039003900) to lodge a complaint only to be kept on the line for more than 5mins listening to repeated unsolicited recorded information on their products & services, at the end no life response from Customer Care.
