Continued deduction of money for a discontinued subscription

I have used smule. And I found that it's not compatible with some phone sets. And also,last month I had registered for vip and paid 110 which was a subscription for a month. But later because of the sync issues I have deleted the app. Currently I don't have the app. Still subscription continued to this month, and Rs.110 again got deducted automatically. I got to know this through the bank sms service of deductions. How is this possible without my permission?This is totally unfair thing. There is no way of de-registration. And moreover customer care service is too poor.. they aren't even replying to the mail. How can they even deduct the money when I haven't subscribed for any further subscription!! Want them to refund money asap.
