Won't cease debiting my cc

I queried and learned that a marriage license was available to me in the Archives. I had to sign up. I did. The license wasn't there. I was angry. Called my bank. They said they'd reverse it, and they did. Yet the company continues to debit my account. I am more than angry now. I am p*****!
