Myself and a friend decided to check this gym out, they had purchased toning tables from the previous owners where we were using the tables, they closed up shop and Body Progression in Bristow Ok bought the tables, we went in and spoke with one of his trainers, we were only interested in the toning tables and asked 2-3 times about the cancellation policy, the man assured us, if we were not satified with the gym for any reason, we could at anytime give a written 30 days notice to opted out,*****so with that understanding we signed up in October of 2012 in Novemeber we found this was not the place we wanted to be***** so we both gave written notice that as of 1-1-2013 we would not be returning, this was on 11-18-2012 we paid the dues until that date ****** and we never went back after that date, in February I get a call from some bank , stating we were behind on our payment to the gym********I called the gym and spoke with the gentleman that signed us up, he handed the phone to the owner, the owner prceded to ask me had I read my contract, if not he had a copy and would send it to me****he stated that no one there would have told us we could opt out of the contract with a 30 day written notice before the end of the contract***** I filed a complaint with the BBB in Tulsa****** the gym never responded to the complaint***** the reason we did not return was the gym was always dirty, they do not dust, or clean very well, we always had to clean the toning tables each morning from the day before and they were nasty, not sure what they did in there at night but the tables always had dirt all over them, the sewer in the building was not working correctly, the odor was unbearable at times, there was no one there to put the weights on your body, you would have to do that yourself, which was dangerous at times ******* My point is unless it is in Writing on the contract they will not honor the oral agreement they so freely give and they are still stating to others signing up if you have a problem and give the 30 day notice and opt out******This is not the case, so before you sign up Make sure to have them write it on the contract, as once you have signed he will not let you out of the contract his words are read your contract, the way I see it is once he has you hooked they won't let you go, so I am paying or a service I am not going to use, Just beware, they do not honor their word. Please read your contracts fully and if it's not on there make them write it in and sign beside it so there is no misunderstanding. I would not recomment this Gym to anyone ........
