Repeated phone calls

I continue to receive phone calls on my business phone and my personal cell phone.  Each call appears on caller ID to be from someone I legitimately deal with (Bon Secours, John Tyler Community College), yet when I answer the phone, it's a recorded message from Jessica with Home Security Promotions.  I have listened through the entire message to see if at the end it gives me an option to "unsubscribe" or "remove myself from this call list" and no such option is offered. I am literally at a loss as to how to make these calls stop.  Help!  Someone needs to shut Jessica down.
