Fraudulent signature

My contract was in my wife's name who passed away. When my dish fell off the roof and I called him to come out they said they would charge me $70. I told them forget it I would just cancel and they she tried to tell me I would owe a fee and I said I don't have a contract. They came out and fixed it free. A month later my dish went out and when I called them they said they were aware a serviceman would be there the next day he came and repaired the equipment change my box and then ask me to sign a blank line stating he did the work. Next thing I get an email showing that I had signed 2 pages of a contract. The signature is so small you can tell that photo copied it and transferred it isn't that illegal
