I have had the same problem with this company after purchasing SheerCover makeup ( which also appears to be a bit of a scam). They said I could buy the vitamins for $1. they even went as far as offering a second box for $1 so when I received my second shipment I thought maybe I had purchased the second one. There was no invoice, no mention of cancelling or continuing the product. When my card was charged $33.94 i went hunting through the previous month to find this was the second charge for this amount. They were less than helpful on the phone, saying that they charge you that amount per month for a 60 day supply which you would receive every other month. I never authorized any of this. I am also filing a claim with the better business bureau. I must say, i have learned a valuable lesson. NEVER shop from the TV Infomercials!!!!

Forget BBB. They may or may not get some of your money back, but if you wait over 60 days to file a complaint with your bank, you have lost your strongest tool to recover your money. Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E (for EFT, such as debit card or checking account debits) and FCBA (for credit cards), but only if you notify them timely, and also send them your dispute IN WRITING, to invoke the above federal regulations. In the mean time, as long as your account is open, you are wide open to additional fraud.
Immediately dispute the chargea with your bank as fraudulent, and close your account to prevent additional fraud. Be sure to send a WRITTEN DISPUTE to the dispute address from your statement making sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
File complaints with FTC and your state AG.
