Dispute all fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional future fraud. Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, and make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA rights.

I did order a trial sample of VibrantWhitening which I received and my account was debted.
However, last week we received another package, that we have not opened, as we did not request an future products, and my account has been debted $88.97.
I request that you credit my account the $88.97 and to NOT send any other products to our address and to NOT debit my account.

So again I'm asking you to refund me back my money and i will gladly send you your product unopened. My refund all together will be $88.97. Thank you so much .
