    STOP 'JOKE' from vap..

    I am having airtel prepaid connection No.9952867480. from past 2-3 days
    days my prepaid account has been debited by Rs 1 per day for Joke vap download. I am not aware of such download neither i have subscribed for any thing nor i had accepted any thing. While making enquiry or grievances to the customer care number the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time call received but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed.

    airtel always doing like this.. automatically subscribing some kind of stupid vap services like cricket alerts, jokes, etc., & its very hard to unsubscribe.

    Unfortunately Airtel has been doing something bad to its consumers by giving services (like Stardust - Star of the month) on trial basis initially for some number of days and than asking to unsubscribe by clicking link in service message which nerver works and thereafter when the trial period elapses, charge the Monthly subscription fee from prepaid account. I am having Airtel mobile no. 9810576173, as I never wanted to subscribe such service and opted for unsubscription link when I got service message on 7th december, it said that I will have to use the link to unsubscribe or after two days the ammount of Rs. 30/- will be deducted. But as now the said amount has been deducted it seems the link does not work, I retried but it just opens a blank Airtel site on mobile. Also there is no other way mentioned to unsubscribe. Such way to provide trial services should be revoked/ or have multiple unsubscription ways suggested.

    Please discontinue the service on my mobile 9810576173 and please please please refund my 30/- rupees.
