Hi, I've been wrongly charged for Value Added Service--VEMES which I never opted for.
I fail to understand what's wrong with your service. It's because there's not one but too many complaints about wrongful activation and debiting the account balance. If this is your strategy to earn money, please stop it. This will lead to losing your customers.
Please reverse the charges debited from my account or I'd have to consider changing my network. Hope you'll do the needful at earliest failing which I'd send a port request for exiting airtel.
