Shopping Essentials has been charging my bank account for 2 years. It is my fault that I didn't notice this but I was never sent any notification as to what this company was. When I called, they told me that they had the wrong email address and that they had contacted me. They refunded 2 months. I called again insisting that they refund the entire amount. I just recevied a letter (no return address) stating that they will not refund anything. I will posting on every site I can find to blast this company and make people aware of what they are doing. The company that I bought from was called NorthStyle. I have also written to them and have not received a response.
