After waiting 1 hout at the airport carrousel in Dubai, with small kids, we finally realized our bag  has not arrived. At baggage services, after filling out the claim i kindly asked how much can i spend to buy clothes? A/ i dont know, i am not a turkish airlines . Ok , can i have their number? A/ i dont Have it.  Right , before i keep wasting my time i go to my hotel where they found the number.  I called twice a day for four days.  No one called me to say any kind of information. Their employees are the most bitter people i have ever talked with. In addition on thursday night they said: DONT CALL TOMORROW IT IS HOLIDAY HERE ( no idea where turkey, dubai?) WE ARE NOT WORKING!!!  Make yourselves a big favor, find an alternative airline to travel with. One wonders where they got the best airline prize? Raffle maybe.

    I have just recently flown Turkish Airlines and sympathise with Family Dallos.

    How on earth did THY win an award? Their customer service is practically zero, hang on a minute it is zero! I found the staff ignorant, VERY unhelpul and wish I didn't have to fly them ever again, but I have already paid for my return ticket!
    Once bitten, NEVER again.
