They want to lower the interest rate on my cr card but will not tell me what cr card they are calling about and I asked what was the name of company they are they hang up.   I receive one every week or so.  How do  we stop them from continuing  this?

    these are the 2 most recent numbers but i have gotten calls with CA & OH area codes. my solution, don't answer. also they go by the names Credit Card Services & Account Services of America but that is all i have gotten before they hang up on me.
