Multiple daily robo calls

I am sick and tired of this company or whomever it is calling multiple times a day with this Jessica robo dialer and no matter how many times I block the number a new local number shows up!  I did not ask for the solicitaions and do no appreciate the calls during WORK HOURS!!  Something HAS to be done to stop whomever is doing this!!!
