Turkish Airlines is the worst airline I have traveled with. Stay away for this unprofessional, rude airline at all costs.
They lost my luggage traveling from Istanbul to JFK and having a heck if time trying to contact someone at terminal one located at JFK. They do not answer or return any phone calls. Horrible customer services. The only only people that acutally answer the phone is AHL some contracting office that deals with lost luggage for the first 5 days. After calling serveral times in a row they finally answered on the Tuesday 28th of august and stated my bag was located and to call 718-751-2609. No one ever answers and left serveral messages. The following day after not recieving a call I called the AHL number back and now they say it was expected to arrive on the 26th but it did not arrive. I hate this airline, what the heck, what is the point of the trackig number.
I submitted complaints to the BBB and FAA. Hopefully this helps. I suggest anyone having issues with this airline to submit your complaints to the BBB and FAA. Hopefully with all the complaints this crappy airline receives they will change there business practices.
