Dishonest Advertising

I also ordered the 14 pills for 2.99 not realizing that at the bottom of the privacy statement which is on page 6, I believe, it read that after 14 days I don't cancel the order, they will charge me 34.98 for an other full months supply. I called the company immediately and was told they would cancel the order and return my money. that was on 3/28. Today is 4/3 and they did not credit my bank account so I called them and I was told that in order to credit my account, I would have to send the bottle of pills back. The first person I spoke to did not tell me that. I called my bank today and put a stop payment on further charges and also put through a dispute for the original charge of 34.98.
