19.95 from WC MON Valueplus charges began appearing on my Visa bill. After several months I asked why the and what this charge was.  When I called, they said it was Internet coupons. this is still on on going battle with Visa over another month's charge for $19.95 from WC MON valueplus that Visa's dispute department investigated and found to be a valid charge because "The pattern of usage with respect to your card has remained consistent during the period of time the transaction described above occurred."  Evidently Visa's dispute department is so inept that they do not conduct an Internet search to determine that WC MON will result in a long list of companies (really only one) scamming people across the country or Visa is complicit with WC MON in perpetuating this fraud.  So much for Visa's thorough Merchant review.

    Dispute through your bank..
With fraudulent charges, you dispute through your bank, IN WRITING, to preserve your FCBA dispute rights.
In addition, immediately block your card number to prevent further charges, since these cramming scams always set up their charges as "automatic, recurring" charges.
If your bank fails to reverse the charges (back to the statement 60 days before your dispute), file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov.
In addition, file fraud complaints with your state AG (for consumer fraud), and with FTC.
