Keep charging after cancel and won't refund last month

When I first opened, the manager had informed me of a closed by facility Laurel, MD would be opening the end of January so I signed up on 1/4 at Greenbelt, MD thinking it wouldn't be too before I could go to the one near home in Laurel, MD.  A month later I called and Laurel club hasn't opened yet.  I called to cancel and explained the situation and they told to to put my account on hold for $10 fee.  It wouldn't be fair to misinformed customers then make no courtesy to waive the fee for putting my account on hold.  I wanted to cancel my membership but the Laurel, MD facility informed me again it would open in couple weeks, I waited but the opening date is kept delaying.  Finally I called around March 1 to complain and close out my membership.  LA fitness sent me a cancellation membership in email and also stated to refund me for the last month that I prepaid when I first opened the membership (since they charged 2 months, first and last when first open).  On 3/2 they credit me $29.99 on my Credit Card Statement.  Today 3/30, I saw that credit transaction was reversed and became another extra charge on 3/4 of $29.99.  Instead of a refund I got another charge.  Another words, they don't care if you have cancelled.  Will keep charging your credit card until you have to close out the Credit Card Account.  DO NOT EVER
GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD.  None of the management knows how to make the customers happy.  They need to take management 101 class.
