I was just forced to pay $60 to Guthy Renker for a product I never ordered and returned last year. Is there anyone hearing me now. This company's executives and accountants MUST be jailed for doing that to us. I am not finding the money I earn on the tree, I work hard and support a family of four!!!

    I have also been part of this scam. I ordered the trial package and a couple of weeks later a new package arrives on my door step. I did not order this nor need it. When I called customer service they told me to send it back and everything would be fine. I sent the package back and then a couple of months later I received a bill for the product I had sent back. I called and talked to another rep and was informed that he would take care of this and that it happens. He was suppose to send me out some paper work concerning this. NEVER saw it, but another bill came. I am now going to collections because of this and have people calling me at least three times a day. This is not right, I tried to resolve the problem, and no one there is helping me.
