After ordering one long ago they keep coming and I can't figure out how to stop it!

It's an order cramming scam..
They figure their "customers" are a bunch of women who can be intimidated into "buying" stuff by just shipping it to them. If you notified them to cease sending books, and if they continued to ship and bill you for stuff you didn't order, then that is a violation of US postal regulations. It is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail. It's a form of mail fraud. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
